its a really cool conceptual model. i can see a lot of potential in it - in terms of both building form and programmatic organization.
if it is a conceptual building form, i think you were right about thinking about how it can be connected to the ground. and if it is a organizational strategy, i kinda wish that there is more interaction/interfering between the upper and lower portions - just to celebrate the idea of the interactive activities between the young and the old.
Thanks MadRush! I am in the process of working out the organization strategy. Hopefully that will be the next post. I really like the idea of making it more dramatic b/w the upper and lower portions which will definitely celebrate the activities.
